Franz Schillinger
CEOFranz has built his career at the intersection of strategic sales, entrepreneurship and executive leadership. After senior management roles across Europe, including serving as CEO of a U.S. company, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and successfully exiting a distribution business in North America before acquiring Master Yachting in 2008. He established the company as a leading player in the Central European yacht industry with a focus on discreet transactions, strategic positioning and long term value creation. Through a subsidiary, Master Yachting also served as the exclusive representative of Sanlorenzo Yachts for over six years. Today, The Yacht Mastery stands for independent, client focused advisory at the highest level.
Snjezana Schillinger
PRSnježana has built her career from the outset in sales and marketing across the media, fashion and luxury real estate sectors. She established one of Croatia’s leading PR and event agencies with a focus on these segments as well as the yachting industry. As a yacht owner and passionate enthusiast, she brings a refined understanding of the lifestyle and its clientele. She adds an authentic and valuable perspective to the team.
Christian Pichler
Yacht AdvisorChristian has more than 15 years of experience in the yachting industry. He combines strategic marketing, bespoke consultancy and the sale of premium yachts. He develops tailored solutions and manages transactions at the highest level from the first inquiry to the final handover. He ensures his clients enjoy the best possible time on the water. His ambition is to deliver excellence in yacht advisory, charter and sales.

Yacht AdvisorWith over a decade of experience in the European yachting industry, Peter Lindwurm is a professional yacht advisor and yacht broker specializing in large sailing yachts and luxury motor yachts. Based in Budapest and serving clients across Hungary, the Adriatic, and the Mediterranean, he offers bespoke advisory and brokerage services tailored to the unique ambitions of discerning yacht owners and buyers. Combining deep expertise in the European yacht market with extensive knowledge and network within leading shipbuilders and shipyards, Peter provides trusted guidance in yacht acquisition, sales, and ownership.
Dino Mehun
After Sales Manager & Client ConsultantDino has built his expertise at the intersection of technical yacht management, client relations and premium after sales service. With his background spanning both the Central European market and the Adriatic region, he developed a precise understanding of what discerning clients expect after the moment of purchase. At Master Yachting, he managed the full after sales process, ensuring seamless ownership experiences for the company's yacht clients. In parallel, as Client Consultant and After Sales Manager for Sanlorenzo South Central Europe, he served as a trusted point of contact for owners of one of the world's most respected yacht brands. His approach combines technical competence with the personal attentiveness that high calibre clientele requires at every stage of ownership.
