CEO
Franz has built his career at the intersection of strategic sales, entrepreneurship and executive leadership. After senior management roles across Europe, including serving as CEO of a U.S. company, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and successfully exiting a distribution business in North America before acquiring Master Yachting in 2008. He established the company as a leading player in the Central European yacht industry with a focus on discreet transactions, strategic positioning and long term value creation. Through a subsidiary, Master Yachting also served as the exclusive representative of Sanlorenzo Yachts for over six years. Today, The Yacht Mastery stands for independent, client focused advisory at the highest level.
